We are currently in the process of applying for a Transportation Grant provided to eligible parents by the Alberta Government. This grant is designed to make transportation to and from school more accessible for our students and their families.
To initiate this application process, we kindly request your cooperation in completing the attached agreement. Your participation is crucial in ensuring that our school qualifies for this grant, which will ultimately benefit our entire school community.
Here are the steps to complete the agreement:
- On the first page, please print your name as “The Parent.”
- On the second page, you will find a table. In this table, list the name(s) of your child(ren) who are currently attending Nebula Academy.
- Make sure to write the addresses clearly for each child. This information is vital for the grant application.
- In the “School Attended” section of the table, please specify Nebula Academy. Note that no other school name will be accepted.
- Finally, sign the Parent/Guardian portion and print the date signed on the third page.
The completed agreement should be returned to the school no later than October 24, 2023. It is crucial to meet this deadline, as late submissions may affect your eligibility for the Transportation Grant.
