We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Quran Recitation Contest at Nebula Academy! This event offers students an excellent chance to showcase their recitation skills and strengthen their connection with the Holy Quran. This term’s contest will focus on Qiraat (reading) only, and will not include memorization.
Important Dates & Requirements:
- Marking Begins: November 18, 2024
- Award Ceremonies: First week of December 2024 (times to be announced)
- Eligibility: Students must recognize letters, harakat, and jazm for participation. Memorized verses will result in disqualification.
Awards (Gift Cards)
- Grades 1-9: 1st Place – $40 | 2nd Place – $30 | 3rd Place – $20
Contest Calendar & Ayat Details:
- November 4: Verses (ayat) for each grade announced
- November 18-29: Teachers listen to contestants and mark
We encourage all eligible students to participate and share their recitation skills with pride! Practice your assigned verses to be contest-ready.
